Classic Fare Catering of Berry’s Dining Services is the preferred caterer for events at Berry College. For more information on their services, or to discuss menu options, you may contact their staff at 706-238-7883 or visit the Classic Fare Catering

If an outside caterer is used for an event, please understand that kitchen facilities and storage options range from limited to non-existent depending on the facility space, with the majority of facilities having no kitchen or storage options available. Please remember that no alcoholic beverages are permitted to be served or consumed on Berry’s campus.
If you utilize Classic Fare Catering for your event here at Berry, we are happy to offer a 20% discount off of the facility rental fee, unless otherwise noted.
The majority of event setups, in particular outdoor event setups, are handled by the Berry College Physical Plant. The Physical Plant also delivers equipment such as tables and chairs for events on-campus. Fees for setup labor and time apply to both Berry and non-Berry events. Some spaces on campus have separate facility staffs and there are no additional setup fees for these facilities.
All outdoor event layouts and setups should be communicated with the Campus Scheduling Office. Some setups, particularly those with tents, may require additional verification or additional care during the setup.
Individuals or groups interested in general tours of the Berry campus should contact the Oak Hill & the Martha Berry Museum staff regarding tour information and schedules. Perspective students interested in a tour of campus and information on admissions should contact the Admissions Office.
Alumni Reunion Events
Alumni groups or classes interested in scheduling alumni reunion events on campus should contact the Alumni Relations Office to assist with planning and coordinating reunion events.
