"In 2013, I arrived at Berry College to study for my graduate degree and to serve as a Graduate Assistant coach for the school’s swimming and diving team. My experience during this time was characterized by substantial growth, rewarding challenges, and lasting friendships, and it is my sincere hope that others can enjoy the same opportunities. I remember quite well as a senior in high school what a daunting challenge the college application process seemed, and without the invaluable input of others I would have been completely lost. Thanks to my friends, counselors, coaches, and family members, I had the necessary encouragement and assistance I needed to make my final college choice. Years later, I can easily recognize what a significant role that these people played in setting the positive trajectory for my future. Now that I am a member of the Admissions team at Berry, I am excited to help others in the same way that others helped me. Berry is a truly exciting place to be and I am truly excited to help others make the most of their college decision process."

What is the best piece of advice you can give about applying to college? My best advice for students would be to seek wisdom from others and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend? My favorite thing to do on the weekend usually involves rock climbing, cycling, hiking, or any similar activity that encourages outdoor exploration.
