What’s your favorite thing to do in Rome?
I really enjoy anything that gets me outdoors in Rome, whether it’s kayaking or hiking the House of Dreams.
What is your favorite book?
Gone With the Wind and the Harry Potter series
What is your best piece of advice you can give about applying to college?
Don’t stress out so much. The college process can be so overwhelming, and you definitely need to make sure you’re on top of everything, but you also need to make sure you’re taking care of yourself and actually enjoying your senior year. Don’t let this process control your entire life. If you’re taking care of the things you need to take care of, everything will work out for the best!

Hello, and thank you for your interest in Berry College! I moved to Rome in May 2014 and quickly fell in love with Berry’s beautiful, 27,000 acre campus. As I learned more about the rich history and mission of Berry, I felt compelled to draw others to this community. I was blessed to be able to join the Berry College Office of Admissions in July 2015 and make this dream a reality.

As a graduate of a small liberal arts college, I understand and appreciate the value of a holistic, well-rounded education. I believe Berry is the best of the best in delivering this type of education, and experiences here are further enhanced by our premier work program, where every student is guaranteed a paid, on-campus job regardless of financial need.

My undergraduate experience was transformative, and I love my job because I get to help prospective students find a college where they can feel at home. I encourage you to visit Berry to see if it is, indeed, the perfect fit for you!
