Note: events with an asterisk require registration. Come by the Ford Building, beginning at 10 a.m., May 19, to register.


Friday, May 19, 2017

9 a.m. Alumni Golf Scramble* – Stonebridge Golf Club, Shotgun start at 9 a.m.
$80 entry fee (range balls, golf and lunch included), multiple prizes. Please pay individually and contact Fred Mercer at
fmercer@berry.edu or 706-290-2164 with your team information.

10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Check-In – Alumni Center, Board Room
• Walk-up registration/changes – Alumni Center, Multimedia Room
• Pick up registration packet at the Alumni Center prior to participating in any event.
On-Campus Housing Check-In (for Work Week attendees only) - Alumni Center, Conference Room

3 – 4:30 p.m. Alumni Choir Rehearsal
– College Chapel

4 – 6 p.m. Class Reunion Reception* - Ford Reflecting Pools
Class reunion members and their guests are invited to join Dr. Briggs at the Ford Reflecting Pools. Class photos will also be
taken at this event. Class photos will be available to download at www.berry.edu/alumni at NO COST.

1:30 p.m. House o’ Dreams Tour – Alumni Center Buses depart from Clara Archway. First come first served. Limited seating available.

Please note: Golden Guard inductees will be announced starting at 5:45 p.m. Please be seated at this time. Dinner will immediately follow.

6:00 p.m. Awards and Golden Guard Dinner* - Spruill Ballroom
• $35 per person; $10 for the classes of 67A and 67C. Complimentary for 2017 award winners.
• Distinguished Alumni Award winners will be presented during dinner.
• Members of the classes of 67A and 67C will be inducted into the Golden Guard during dinner.
• Golden Guard photos taken immediately following dinner.

Sunday, May 21

Includes Alumni Choir members.

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Alumni Choir rehearsal and photo - College Chapel

8:30 a.m. High School/Academy Worship Service - Frost Chapel
All High School and Academy alumni are invited to attend and join a processional march from Hamrick Hall to Frost Chapel a 8:30 a.m. Worship service begins at 9 a.m.

11 a.m. Alumni Weekend Worship Service - College Chapel
• Guest Alumni Choral Director: Honorary Alumnus Ross Magoulas (FFS)
