CAMPUS MAIL
Inter-office envelopes available from the Purchasing Office should be used for campus mail. Please line through all previous markings to ensure proper delivery to the intended recipient. The addressee's name and box number should clearly appear on the last available line. Do not address between previous markings.
The following guidelines apply:
- Campus mail not in an inter-office envelope should have a return address.
- All campus mail must be at least the size of a 3" x 5" index card.
- Please do not include building names, room numbers, or telphone numbers on campus mail.
- All campus mail must have box numbers and 10 or more pieces must be in numerical order.
- Campus mail must be related to Berry College events.
- Campus mail is delivered all during the day as it is received, beginning immediately after we finish delivering the U. S. mail. Any campus mail received after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered on the following business day; no campus mail is delivered on Saturday.
- No food or other perishable items are accepted in campus mail.
