Required Student Information

All Berry College students are required to have certain information on file at the Health and Wellness Center. This information includes a Health History and Self-Report; a complete immunization record; and proof of health insurance coverage. Without this information, students will not be permitted to register for their classes in the semester following their enrollment. In addition, all resident students are required by Georgia law to receive the meningococcal meningitis vaccine, unless waived for religious reasons.
