The Krannert Center Activities Board, better known as KCAB, is a group of students who coordinate and implement a variety of social, cultural and recreational activities and programs which allow Berry students to interact and have fun. The board implements programs and activities that reflect the Berry culture, respect existing policy, and encourage a sense of community among diverse people. KCAB’s goal is to support campus vibrancy and enhance the overall standard and quality of campus life.
KCAB is made up of 18 students and is supported by KCAB KREW, Street Team, and the Student Activities Office. Events include concerts, comedians, talent shows, interactive activities, and koffeehouses, just to name a few! In addition, KCAB hosts many of Berry's traditional events throughout the year - Mountain Day Olympics, Formal & Semi-Formal, and Casino Night.
KCAB Executive, Programmer, & Promoter positions are all student work positions and leadership positions on campus. Executive positions can only be held by students who have served at least one year as a programmer, however, students interested in programmer or promoter positions have the opportunity to interview every spring for any open spots that KCAB has. Keep an eye out for applications in early February.
Can't wait that long? Join KCAB KREW! The KREW members are student volunteers who offer their time to KCAB events, planning, and publicity efforts. KREW is an important part of what makes KCAB and their events successful. Becoming a part of KREW is easy. Simply stop by our office on the first floor of Krannert, email us at
