SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration) — one of the first steps of The Berry Journey — is an overnight experience in June designed to assist incoming first-year and transfer students and their families with the transition into the Berry community.
Berry College student Jacob Sylvie is one of 440 students nationwide recently named a 2025 Goldwater scholar. The scholarship was created to encourage and financially support students in science, engineering and mathematics that are interested in pursuing research.
