Dr. Basil G. Englis, Ph.D. is the Richard Edgerton Professor of Marketing and Chair of the Management and Marketing Department. He is a psychologist who has taught consumer behavior, marketing and related subjects in business schools in the U.S., Europe and India. His research and scholarly work have appeared in more than 85 publications.
View Full Bio & CVDr. Paula Danskin Englis, Ph.D. is Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship and is also the Academic Director of the Berry College Entrepreneurship Program. Her research has appeared in more than 78 publications and Dr. Englis has taught entrepreneurship, strategy and international business in business schools across three continents (North America, Europe and Asia).
View Full Bio & CVJohn Grout is the David C. Garrett Jr. Professor, former dean, and award-winning teacher in the Campbell School of Business. John helped found Berry’s Creative Technologies program and HackBerry Lab. He is a Shingo Prize winner for research in mistake-proofing, having published numerous articles on the topic.
View Full Bio & CVManos Kalargiros is passionate about stimulating discourse as well as independent, divergent and critical thinking in Berry students using Socratic questioning. Since his arrival at Berry College, he has taught courses both at the undergraduate and graduate (M.B.A.) level that include Ethical Issues in Business, Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Change Management, Organizational Creativity, and Strategic Management. His research interests center on the intrinsic value of human dignity, ethical moral reasoning and cognitive barriers relating thereto.

He is the recipient of several teaching and research awards, including Beta Gamma Sigma Professor of the Year, Coller Senior Awards from Tel Aviv University, and Outstanding Scholar Awards from the Campbell School of Business.

She is particularly interested in the relationship between STEM education, technological innovation and entrepreneurship, and the economic empowerment of marginalized groups. She publishes regularly in STEM education, information systems, social enterprise and entrepreneurship education outlets.
