Assistant Professor of Management
Dr. Pingping Tang is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Berry College. She earned her Ph.D. in Operations and Management Science from Washington State University in 2026. Her research focuses on e-commerce retail operations, supply chain risk management, closed-loop supply chain management, and sustainability.
Dr. Tang's research has been published in the International Journal of Production Economics. Her work applies empirical methods, machine learning, and analytical modeling to address challenges in supply chain management and business operations.
Dr. Tang teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, and Accounting. She is committed to creating engaging learning experiences through simulations, in-class games, case studies, and experiential learning activities that help students connect classroom concepts with real-world business practice.
