Favorite spot on campus: There's a beautiful view of Rome, GA from the top of Lavender Mountain.
Favorite thing to do in Rome: One of my favorite things to do is rent a standup paddleboard from Berry and float down the Etowah River which flows right into downtown Rome.
What was your favorite college course, and why did it leave a lasting impression?
My favorite course in college was an international business class that included a week-long tour of Jamaica. While I was there we snorkeled in the ocean with a local non-profit, played music with the Fab 5 in their original studio, swam with dolphins in Montego Bay, and much more. Every day was a new experience for me.
What’s your favorite Berry event or campus tradition?
My favorite Berry event is the Easter sunset service at the House O’ Dreams. There are student-led songs and a service, and a lot of people hike to the top of the mountain to celebrate the day.
If you could travel anywhere for a week, where would you go and what would you do there?
I'd love to travel to France someday for the Tour de France bike race. I think cycling is an exciting sport and would be a great excuse to sample the French countryside.
If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?
I'd like to spend time with Saint Augustine of Hippo. He's a legend of theology and philosophy, and yet seems very relatable in his human experience.
If you weren’t working in higher education, what career do you think you’d be pursuing?
Probably a trickshot Youtuber.
