Spring Term

Summer Term

Payments for the Summer term are due in full by May 10.

*Payment Plans are available in 4 or 5 month installments. These must be set up prior to the payment deadline through mycollegepaymentplan.com.

Prior to each semester’s due date, you will want to decide if you would like to pay your balance owed in full or set up a Deferred Payment Plan through the Student Account Center. (Note that only charges for the upcoming semester will be eligible for inclusion on the payment plan; any prior balance must be paid in full prior to the next semester’s due date.)

Payment in full can be made online through the Student Account Center using either credit card or ACH payment. Payment can also be remitted directly by check through the mail to the Berry College Cashier’s Office (check payments only; do not mail cash) at the following address:

Attn: Cashier’s Office
PO Box 490129
Mt. Berry, GA 30149

Please ensure these payments include both your student’s full name and their Berry ID number.

If you choose to set up a payment plan, you will do so through the Student Account Center. There is a one-time enrollment fee for each semester you choose to enroll in a payment plan. Payments are auto drafted on the 10th of each month and can be set up with either ACH or credit card payment options. Credit card payments do incur a service fee charged directly by NelNet.

All students who withdraw during a semester will be charged tuition, room and board, if applicable, at the rate of 10 percent of the semester charge for each week, of enrollment. If a recipient of financial aid withdraws and is scheduled to receive a refund, all or part of this refund will be used to reimburse the financial-aid program from which the student received funds. Other fees are nonrefundable.

Students receiving Title IV Federal Financial Aid (Stafford, Plus, Pell Grant, SEOG, etc.) who withdraw during a semester will be subject to the refunding of all or a portion of their financial aid to the respective loan or grant, according to Federal Regulations. Information on these withdrawal procedures and the Federal Regulations that apply are available in the Student Financial Services Office.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to change any charge at any time.
