Accounts Payable and Purchasing

The Accounting, Purchasing and Accounts Payable Offices work together to provide institutional support for the daily operations of the College. The Accounting Office supports the administrative functions of the College’s business systems. The Purchasing Office oversees the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies and services essential to the daily operation of the College. The Accounts Payable Office processes payments for vendors, faculty, staff, and students.

The Accounting and Accounts Payable Offices are located in Hermann Hall. The Purchasing Office is located in the Central Store of the Facilities Services complex (Jones Building).
