What We Do

The Digital Marketing and Media team implements and manages institutional digital marketing strategies, efforts and resources including the public website (, institutional social media, digital advertising and paid media, email campaign development, content marketing, live streaming and microsites - as well as the digital information boards located around campus. In addition, content development/writing and marketing campaign management also fall under the digital team.

We work closely with communications professionals across campus, and you can request assistance with a digital marketing or content-related project through Workfront. We've also provided additional information for specific types of requests below: acts as the front door for Berry College information and also serves as the landing point for many of our marketing campaigns. The site boasts an average of 85,000 users per month and consists of around 2,500 pages of content. The Digital Marketing team manages the structure, hosting and strategy around, as well as content for the home page, top two tiers of the site and other key marketing-centric pages.

For department and program-level web requests, we can help plan, develop and post your content -OR- we can train your team to do the same. The BITS Web-Track students work directly for Digital Marketing and Media and are glad to assist in your efforts. To request assistance, training or to report an issue, please use Workfront.

The Digital Marketing team manages Berry's institutional social media channels and strategy, and also supports the social media efforts of all other departments. Berry has several hundred department-level social media channels and it is the responsibility of each social media manager to notify Marketing and Communications of new accounts being created, to ensure that a faculty or staff member is the primary admin for each account and that our current social media guidelines are being followed.

Questions pertaining to social media should be directed to Hannah Stuart using the contact information below.
