LifeWorks Evaluation and Feedback
A key component of promoting our students' career readiness is creating opportunities for evaluation and feedback. We are providing two separate tools to have these important conversations. The Super 100 initiative is targeted for our advanced and pre-professional students. It uses an online evaluation platform, SkillSurvey, that compares the student's self-assessment with supervisor feedback. For our entry and intermediate student employees, we have created a fillable PDF facilitate this conversation. Both of these tools can be accessed below, and we will be sharing more details in the fall.
