Strategic Priorities

1. Access, Affordability and Visibility

This priority will strengthen Berry's historic access and prioritize affordability. It will also ensure that the college continues to attract, support and retain best-fit students while elevating Berry's visibility and national profile. Explore this priority.

2. Character, Leadership and Community Impact

This priority will advance a cohesive, developmental framework that offers every student meaningful opportunities to examine the nature of leadership and to grapple with questions of integrity within the residential setting, the local community and beyond. Berry will form leaders of integrity through curricular integration, mentoring, hands-on learning and service across the student experience. Explore this priority.

3. Hands-on Learning and Graduate Preparedness

This priority will enhance and expand the Signature Learning Experiences, including those with a global perspective, while more fully integrating the LifeWorks framework into students’ long-term goals. Explore this priority.

This priority will strengthen Berry’s capacity to serve as a national model for collaborative, integrated scholarship between faculty and students, advancing a culture of inquiry and creative discovery that is both rigorous and deeply relational. Explore this priority.
