Our Diversity and Belonging strategy is built on peace-building and restorative justice. Our office partners with Student Affairs in addressing bias challenges and harms. While some behaviors may not merit a punitive action, the Diversity and Belonging office works with students in thinking through how they can be better members of our community and restore the relationships that have been harmed.
