Oak Hill & The Martha Berry Museum supports alternative and continual learning through unique educational programming. These opportunities come up throughout the calendar year and include Senior Scholars, lecture series supporting current exhibitions, and specialty tours. 

K - 12 Programming

We are here to meet the needs of ever-changing classrooms. Our staff is available to work with teachers to find ways to utilize the Oak Hill estate, collections, and story to connect students with various subjects. The list below shows examples of some of the programs offered.

Exhibition Programming

Special exhibitions create opportunities for us to offer unique programs. These experiences allow guests to dig deeper into the stories or art presented by providing context for the items or information on display. The list below shows examples of some of the program types offered.

Special Interest Programming

We designed these programs with the curious in mind. Whether you are a collector, a historian, or a life-long learner, there are many opportunities to expand your understanding and access new information. Programs like those listed below, are made possible through our rich collection and story and instruction by teachers and subject matter experts.

Seasonal Tours

These tours take advantage of seasonal highlights such as holidays and the natural beauty of the campus. We use these features to showcase our history in a new light allowing guests to gain a different perspective of our story. The list below shows examples of some of the tour types offered.
