This accomplished scientist is a rising star in animal health. As manager of global outcomes research at Zoetis Animal Health, she advances strategies that strengthen livestock health worldwide while contributing to her profession through service on the American Society of Animal Science board of directors. She was lauded for “lifting up young professionals” and displaying “work ethic, drive and passion for the animal science industry that make her a true asset.”

Drew Dillard (13C)
From humble beginnings in his dorm room, this innovative entrepreneur transformed a former class project into Juliana’s Boutique, a thriving retail operation offering hand-curated women’s fashions to thousands of customers each month through brick-and-mortar and online stores. Praised for his “determination and resilience,” “relentless drive” and “unmatched work ethic,” Drew maintains 100% ownership in the business, which generated more than $2 million over the last 12 months.

Andy Craddock (88C)
Putting God first, others second and himself third, this past commercial real estate leader and nonprofit executive now serves as a Christian counselor, living out joyful, selfless service, often alongside beloved wife Shari Ostack Craddock (90C). One nominator said that Andy “embodies the scriptural tenet of ‘Not to be ministered unto, but to minister,’” while another added, “When he sees a need, he does what he can to meet it. He inspires me.”
