The Charter School of Education and Human Sciences provides comprehensive graduate education to aspiring educators. The program offers both Masters and Specialist degrees in Education and caters to the needs of the surrounding community by providing a high-quality education that leads to M.Ed. or Ed. S. degrees.

The primary objective of the program is to cultivate reflective decision-makers who possess a comprehensive knowledge base and proficiency necessary to facilitate their personal and their students' learning. The program emphasizes the development of a range of competencies, skills and dispositions that are essential for effective teaching and learning. It aims to equip the learners with the requisite knowledge, analytical skills and practical tools essential for the implementation of research-based practices and data-driven decision-making in their classrooms. The ultimate goal is to enable educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity and lifelong learning among their students.

The Berry College Graduate Education program aims to improve the professional skills and capabilities of its candidates, with a focus on enabling them to become experts in developing potential. The program values individuals and their cooperative roles in society and aims to produce teachers who can serve as active members of their communities.

All advanced degree candidates are expected to enhance and extend their content knowledge, pedagogy skills and content application/assignments related to their subject area certification or concentrations. This comprehensive program provides candidates with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their chosen field and become leaders in the education community.
